ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Jaswinder Mehton — a photographer, wife, and proud mom to a wonderful 8-year-old daughter who inspires me every single day.

Photography has always been close to my heart. Even before I ever picked up a professional camera, I was the one constantly snapping pictures — of family, friends, little details, and fleeting moments. It’s something that’s always brought me joy.

It was my niece who encouraged me to take my passion to the next level. She believed in me, helped me sign up for photography classes, and gave me that gentle push I needed. I enrolled at Chabot College in Hayward, and from the very first class, I was hooked. Learning the craft more deeply — from lighting and composition to storytelling — made me fall in love with photography all over again.

Now, I’m doing what I love: capturing genuine, meaningful moments through my lens. Whether it's a family portrait, a quiet candid, or a special life event, I aim to create images that are full of emotion and authenticity — photos you’ll treasure for years to come.
